Yazhi Zheng, J.D., LL.M., is a lawyer with extensive cross-border experience at leading law firms in both Canada and China, including McMillan, Osler, and Gowling WLG. She established Yazhi Law with a clear goal: to offer the same sophisticated legal expertise found at large firms, but with the personal, client-focused service that a boutique firm can provide. Yazhi is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable legal support to growing businesses, individuals, and those involved in cross-border matters.
Beyond her practice, Yazhi is committed to public service and to strengthening Canada–China legal and educational exchange. She serves as CPD Liaison for the Ontario Bar Association's International Law Section and sits on the board of the Chinese Canadian Scholarship Foundation (CCSF). She is also the founder of LexGPS, a legal technology company that leverages AI to expand access to justice.
